What is the force that makes you go the opposite direction in a turn?

Like on a rollercoaster, when you make a sharp left, your body goes right. What is that force that makes you do that. Also happens when you make a sharp stop after going fast. the car stops, but you keep on going.

centripetal force...it is the inward directing force. Centrifugal force is what makes you go outward. Centripetal = centrifugal. Angular momentum is what makes you keep on going after stopping the car fast in a circle

that is called a pseudo force (centrifugal force) arising due to inertia of direction. it can be realised only in a non- inertial frame but can not be visualised in an inertial frame of reference.
