How do I prevent future breakouts?

Ok, so, I have had sudden breakouts before maybe once every 2 months and this acne is really getting on my nerves...anyone know any good treatment that actually works, doesn't clog pores, doesn't dry out skin, and, doesn't cause redness?

I get pretty much everything, blackheads, pimples, zits, ect. so any suggestions?

I've already gotten medicine from the Doctor about twice...didn't work.

why don't you try natural products first before using products that are prescribed to you, since some of this products are chemically strong and might harm you rather than cure your problem. try using honey oats soap, you can try looking for it in organic shops that make them or a local dermatologist might help you where you can buy them. do not use commercially advertised products, since you obviously have sensitive skin, you have to be careful, avoid products with high alcohol content. go with products that has light healing ingredients, like aloe vera, papaya extract, honey, and milk. always use a moisturizer and drink lots of water, do not bathe in hot water since it dries the skin, always put lotion after you take a bath. also, it comes down to your lifestyle, do you smoke? if you do, stop it. drink lots of water, have enough sleep, exercise, eat healthy. this is the treatment i recommend, it takes time to see the results, but when you do, its totally worth it.
