Exercise question that may sound weird?

Hey everyone..

I started exercising and I changed my diet but I have myself in the bathroom constantly with #2 but almost liquidy, I don't know if that's part of the body changes.. I wanted to know if anyone can help me with this, is it because of the exercising and change of diet? I've been a day and a half like this and I stared working out and changing my diet about 3 days ago.. (once again this is embarrasing for me to ask but I know that I can get some answers here)

THANK YOU!

    Hey hun its all a-okay!

When the body changes its diet to what it isn't used to, your body will react in a not so pleasant way. I changed mine a few weeks ago to, to help my health and fitness, and I still am in the bathroom with the same problem. But my parents changed there eating habits 1 year ago to be marathoners and are as healthy as a horse! So it may take a while for your body to get used to new or not commonly congested foods but don't give up.

Source(s): Runner and strict about my intake of unhealty food, no matter how much bathroom time I need.

You should look at your diet. To lose fat in the most effective weigh, think HIGH protein MODERATE fats LOW carbs. Now compare that to your "diet".

It's really hard to give good advice since you don't state what you eat during the day.

its possible the change in diet has made your stomach a little upset. or it may be a coincidence its started after a lifstyle change when its just a little bug.

i wouldnt worry about it unless it persists for a week or more. if so i would talk to a doctor.
