Isn't it good to see everyone put politics aside with Ted Kennedy's passing?

I was hoping he would live long enough to see the health reform bill (with public option) pass overwhelmingly this fall.

He was a great man, and a great senator.

I for one will put politics aside and honor a dead Senator. R.I.P. Ted, we agreed on virtually nothing, but I think the one thing we did have in common was the best of intentions. Next time a conservative dies, remember, not everyone was disrespectful.

I think it is just good to see Ted Kennedy finally put aside. He didn't deserve the public stage in the first place.
