Ariel is not a very common name in Spanish, but it's used. You don't need to change it.
Tritón (with accent) is also a Spanish word. So, Rey Tritón is perfect.
About the name of the other characters, there are some questions. If they are proper names, you can not change it. I didn't remember which names used the Spanish version of the Little Mermaid, but I think they didn't change them.
Literally, flounder is "platija" in Spanish, a species of fish. But, the character Flounder is not "a flounder". It looks more like a tropical fish.
"scuttle" in Spanish is "escotilla", one of those small round windows in ships. But in this case too, the word has nothing to do with the character.
So, it is your choice. You can use the literal translation of the English words. Or use the original names in English.
