What is your favourite action scene?

Ok, I can't put these in any particular order because they're all totally rad for their own reasons. But here are some of the most wicked action scenes:

The lobby scene from The Matrix, for sheer number of karates performed, tiles exploded, and bullets fired.

The scence in Saving Private Ryan where that Nazi ******* slowly knifes Private Mellish while Corporal Upham stands on the staircase below, listening, paralyzed with fear.

While we're talking about Saving Private Ryan, who can forget the epic Normandy landing scene? They don't come much more intense than that.

The chase scene through Tangier in the Bourne Ultimatum, including the fight scene with the other assassin guy at the end.

Pretty much any of the Coliseum matches from Gladiator. "Are you not entertained?" Why yes, Mr. Meridius, sir, I quite am, thank you for asking.

The scene in The Patriot where Mel Gibson takes his two sons to go and rescue Heath Ledger from the British guys.

In The Pianist when Szpilman watches the Jewish resistance fighters he helped arm attack the Nazis from the apartment building he's hiding in.

The scene in Braveheart where Mel Gibson goes to get revenge on the English guys for killing his wife, sparking a revolt of the other Scottish guys in town.

Star Wars the Empire Strikes Back - Luke's fight with Vader

It's mainly the "Luke I am you father" bit but it was such a great scene.

Batman (1989) the fight in the bell tower

Predator - the attack on the rebel base - "I ain't got time to bleed"

Aliens - Ripple fighting the queen

The Fifth Element - LeeLoos fight during the Divas song

Die Hard - McClain trying to break through the window while the roof explodes

Terminator - The attack on the police precinct - "I'll be báck"

Terminator 2 - The police response to the attack on cyberdyne building.

Arnie firing the chain-gun out the window

The Matrix - the lobby shot out

Kill Bill - the crazy 88 fight scene

Kill Bill 2 - The Bride and Elle's fight in the trailer

Street Fighter II (Anime) Ryu's fight with Fei Long - excellant animation

Superman the Return - Saving the plane

Back to the Future 2 - Marty trying to get the almanac out of Biffs car.

Blood: the Last Vampire (Anime) almost all of it but especially the opening scene on the train and Bloods attack in the nurses office

Ghost in the Shell - Major attacking the tank at the end and her chase with the guy that uses high velocity ammo.

That's all I can think of for now but I'll try to think of a few more.

The entire sequence with the truck (what truck) in Raiders of the Lost Ark. Absolutely perfect.

The bendy bus over the cliff sequence in Jurassic Park - The Lost World.

The fight in the toilet leading to the chase ending with the horse on the roof in True Lies.

The Dark knight Joker chasing Dent in the police van..

my fave action scene is in The Dark Knight ; when the batmobile is crash then you heard noise of the bat cycle come out the batmobile.then it comes out and you see the speed of the batcycle go really fast. fast is great.
