Well, it takes about a liter of helium to lift a gram, so to lift a pound it would take 453.6 liters. Being that a standard party balloon holds about .39 l, it would take about 1,163 balloons of helium to lift a pound. So, multiply that by 110...
It would take approximately 127,930 balloons.

TSquare,
If not already accounted for in the one liter, add some more balloons to take care of the weight of the balloons themselves. I did the calculation from the molecular weights and got about 121, 000 balloons (balloon weights not included) so we are within 5 %. What does a party balloon weigh ?
