as long as your eating healthy, and as much as you should, it shouldn't be a problem. don't let random strangers tell you you're too thin and unhealthy. cause just eat right, and eat untill your full, and i don't see why there should be a concern.

You're a little bit too thin. I entered your height and weight in a Body Mass Index chart thing, and it said that your body mass index was 16.99. "If your body mass index is less than 20: This indicates a lean BMI, which means you have a low amount of body fat. If you are an athlete, this can be desirable. If you are not an athlete, a lean BMI can indicate that your weight may be too low which may lower your immunity. If your BMI and body weight are low, you should consider gaining weight through good diet and exercise habits, to increase your muscle mass." Also, talk to your doctor and tell him/her your concerns.
However, my body mass index is even less than yours, and I am still healthy, so don't be too worried.

well, depends how old you are eh! if you are still young 25 downwards it is not concerning but if you are 26 upwards i would suggest you try to take it easy on the dieting and eat normally. try too avoid fats and exersize regulaly and you'll be fine. dont worry:)
