Okay, so I have an eBay account and I bought a couple items. I have a credit card hooked up to a PayPal account, so I bought those items. But what does it mean by getting verified? And what exactly is PayPal? On regular websites for stores, you just put in your credit card and buy the item. Why can't I do that on eBay?
