son has rash on face. no itch, looks like pimples or small blisters?
wondering if anyone knows what this could be or what i should do.
the rash is around his mouth and chin area. like i said before it looks like pimples but also blistered. i guess 5 look like a pimple and 10 look like blister but all is the same area. they are red. he says they dont itch. he is 5 yrs old, so i am confident that it is not acne.

Certainly, if you were truly interested in obtaining valid answers here, you'd post a picture for us. Having said that, i would think that a patch of impetigo would be the most likely, given the age and location.

Some small children get those weird rashes near their mouth areas. The "pimples" and "blisters" you are saying are probably a small case of a rash do to, different foods and saliva. If should go away as long as you try and make sure your son doesn't rub or pick at it. - Joesie.

It could be his age, if he is in his teen years, it could be just a simple case of acne. If not, look into contact dermatitis.
