President Obama was born in 1961 and has not committed a crime, but I guess that only matters if you're into "facts" and "lawful procedure".

What high crime or misdemeanor did Obama commit? Obama was born in 1961, two years AFTER Hawai'i became a state. Bush, Clinton, Bush, Reagan, Carter all did the exact same things you claim and although Clinton was impeached, the others were not... we have to hold the same standard to all presidents and not just one, even if we really hate his policies...
