Using Online Storage?

I've never used it before so I hope someone can help me.

Is it possible to download an online game and save it in Online Storage?

I heard those sites could be insecure or close down etc. If something happen, would my e.g. username, password, pin etc of the game leak too?

Update:

Any possibilities of keyloggers?

Your best best is to get a Gmail account & then use GSpace. It is secure as you use your gmail login details to access it, & it works similar to ftp (file transfer protocol).

As your stuff will be held on Google servers you know it will be safe from server crashes.

It is the only online storage i'd recommend.

It's "storage", not "usage". You upload files to online storage in case you want to download them later. You can't restore programs (games are programs) so all you could store would be the game installation program - no login, no password.

Storing your passwords online - anywhere - is a security risk. Get a flash drive (or an SD card and flash adapter) and a program like PINS (http://www.mirekw.com/winfreeware/pins.html ) and keep all your stuff secure in your pocket. (If you lose it, it's secured by a 448 bit Blowfish algorithm so, while it could be broken, the effort to break it would cost more than your total net worth [so no one would bother].) And you could use TrueCrypt (http://www.truecrypt.org/downloads ) to hide the entire thing on the flash drive, so without the password it looks like empty space on the drive. (That's for people who aren't only paranoid, but really do have everyone in the world out to get them.)
