The Incredibles is mine without doubt.
Most are great, especially pixar efforts, but that one stands out for me.
I do love Wall-E though, that's a fun movie as is Monsters Inc but I think my runner up is Toy Story, it was just so brilliant then and still is now.

I've been saying "Monsters, Inc." for a while now, but "WALL*E" is really good, too, especially the opening, as we see WALL*E laboring alone, occasionally finding a treasure, and showing it to the roach, the only other moving thing in the world. The closing of that sequence, as we see his little hand reach out to set himself rocking, for just a touch of comfort, is really sensational!
edit: As said above, some of Miyazaki's work, such as "Spirited Away" and "Princess Mononoke" is really good, too.

Spirited Away, there nothing extraordinary about it but you're still drawn towards it.
and the classics, Tom & Jerry and Scooby Doo.

i really enjoyed aladin and recently saw afro samurai it was way better than i thought it would be
