how can i sleep without waking up at night?
i am 16 and i go to bed between 10 and 10:30 and wake up at 6 but i feel so tired that i might cry or die! it feels so painful, and i feel like it might be because i wake up at least six times a night and will have to turn but im only awake for less than two minutes every time. i always wake up in a different position then i fell asleep in so maybe thats why

Get someone to hit you in the head with a blunt object several times. Or fall down the stairs and let a tool box fall on your head and if you don't die you should sleep for about 3 years or so. Good luck.
PS. Seriously, you should workout before bed. By workout I mean until you sweat, like with push ups and sit ups. Take a bath in the morning or after the workout.

Try taking a jog during the day or doing something that will help tire you out. That way, you'll sleep more soundly.
