Anyone else think the new Yahoo format sucks!!! Why fix it if it ain't broken?

i really hate new yahoo format,i am not able to access my account as i use to do with old one

I get fed up of Yahoo tricking me into pressing buttons that turn my main page from classic format to the new "m" format; it's cluttered and full of rubbish I don't want.

I also hate the new Y!A format; last week is was the nice normal format with options in a column on the lefthand side and Q&A's occupying most of the screen but now the Q&A's have been squeezed into a box on the left with the options on top and random junk on the right.

Why shrink the Q&A's list? What do they think I'm on Y!A for if not to read the Q&A's? I don't want to join MySpace (joined, left, rejoined, left - 'tis a den for foul-mouthed internet-trolls) and I have no interest in Facebook aka Stalker.net; too many useless extra buttons and options.

I've got nothing against upgrades but too many websites - and especially software companies - try to pimp up their product with flashy add-ons without introducing new coding; the result is that you get the same website or program with clunky add-ons that slow the whole thing down - Windows Vista anyone?

What is most irritating is that they didn't tell us in advance. Good public relations dictate that a company let its clients know ahead of time what change is in the works, when we can expect it to take effect, what will be different, etc. and provide a tutorial. There are many computer challenged people who are lost with the new changes, because they had a hard enough time learning the old format.

Someone just wanting to warrant his job...likely... That said the new Frontpage isn't good. I want the old one back.. It's too much of a hassle in moving all my necessary information or else I would be heading to another site... I will take a wait and see position as likely it will change again soon with, all the chatter here and negative feedback we are sending..

That's what I'm saying. Before was much better! Especially appearance wise.

I especially dont like how the contact page is now.I say like you, dont fix if it is not broken.

I know I agree with you so much!!! It should be the way it was :( I think they change most websites monthly, so guess it shows that it gets updated...

Oh well, I'm sure we will get used to using this one now...

I don`t mind it at all,,it`s the second time that I know of that`s it`s been changed over the years,,
