can i convert my electric edelbrock 600 to a manual carb?

i'm putting it on my 1979 el camino/305. or do i need to just go with the electric?

Update:

i also have a edelbrock performer intake manifold.

    unhook the electric choke and rig up a pull choke for it.

    r u talking about the carb u have on there now or swopping out the whole carb itself,if yes, u can just call whoever ur going with and tell them u want a manuel choke carb for it.tell them if u got a stock or aftermarket intake

    Are you referring to TBI or the electric choke on a conventional carb?
