What are some good exercises for toning your legs?

    squats & lunges...feel the burn! =)

    cardio is good for everything. try jogging/running or jumping rope

    go to a fitness store and get a speed rope with or without weights in the handle..when you first start doing it your legs will be killing you for a while though

    Walking, running, get on a bike, use a rowing machine. All will work wonders.

    squats, lunges and jogging,

    calve lifts for calves.
