Monroe piercing placement / location?
I want a monroe piercing. I just don't know where I'd like it placed.. haha. And I can't really find any GOOD pictures of someone with a monroe.

If you consult a professional piercer they can help you out. And before you get a piercing done, they would definitely ask you if you agree on the placement which they show by usually putting a small dot where it would be pierced; which can be easily changed if you don't like it.
It depends on your personal preference, and how you look.
You could always try and get an impression of how different placements would like by using fake usually, or even just holding up a stud.
Just be sure that you're confident about your decision so that you won't regret anything.

It's on the top lip, usually on girls. It's like the same spot as Marilyn Monroe's mole on her lip. I don't know why girls do it, but it's just kind of a feminine facial piercing.

usually the piercer knows where they go.. but i guess it doesn't matter wherever you want it done :]
