Disagree. He is becoming a pretty good heel, but he is nowhere near being the top guy. The top guys in the WWE right now are Triple H and John Cena. Triple H simply because he is McMahon's son in law and he will forever be pushed to the top whether he deserves to be or not. John Cena because he is the face of the WWE. Even if someone isn't very familiar with wrestling, I'm willing to bet that they know who Cena is or have at least heard of him before. Cena is basically like today's Hulk Hogan.

If you mean top guy as in the one who's the most over, well, Jericho and Orton are far more over as heels, and DX and Taker are far more over as faces. If you mean by wrestling talent, Jericho, Orton and Michaels all have him beat, although he is an amazingly talented wrestler. Either way, three wrestlers beat him, so I have to disagree. The only reason he's so over is because of Hardy. Hardy was a huge face, and sold the rivalry well. I'm not saying Punk didn't do his part. He did. But if he had been paired up with anyone else, I don't think it would've worked as well. He got lucky.

I agree but not by much dude Jericho is the top veteran lets just put it that way. CM PUNK has the mat skills, the mic skills, And he can work as face or he could be the most monsterish (DON'T KNOW IF THAT'S A WORD) heel there is in the business. What other wrestler can top Punk right now? Nobody Jericho might come close but still Jericho is getting old and Punk is the future of WWE. So yes he is on top right now.

Disagree. He's a great wrestler I watched him a bit on ROH and IWA, and I love GTS move, but I must say Kenta's one (the original) still looks better.

There are years of experience difference here, but anyhow, I have to go with Bourne as the top guy right now. Anyone who can make a shooting star press look like a safe and easy move, (not to mention UNBAN IT on WWE because it was officially banned) deserves my respects.And I think CM Punk has never trained in Japan, while Korklan(Bourne) spent some time in Dragon Gate. That is ALWAYS an advantage.

Disagree strongly. Even when they put the belt on Punk they rarely put him in the main event because he lacks what it takes to carry a show. Does he have charisma? Sure. Can he wrestle? Without a doubt. That being said there is something intangible missing in him.
