Horribly constipated!! Help! Could it be from anal sex?
It is sunday at 7 pm right now and I haven't pooped since Friday at around noon. I feel bloated and my stomach hurts. I have tried eating all fiber foods and foods with ruffage. My dad got me fiber pills yesterday and I still haven't pooped yet. I am worried because on Friday I had anal sex with my boyfriend and we don't usually do that. My butthole feels fine but I feel like I am going to blow my intestines out of my butt if I keep pushing. I feel pretty bad right now and I have school again on Tuesday so I want to get better. What should I do without having to go to the doctor? Thanks for any advice you can give me.

Solving constipation issues can be very individual, while it is good that you are consuming more fiber you have to remember to also consume more water.
Having anal sex shouldn't be a cause of constipation.
You can try some other foods to help...what worked for me was grapefruit juice but again, it may work for some people and not for others. If you are able to get some vitamin C and magnesium (supplements that can be purchased from any pharmacy.) Those supplements both help to loosen the bowels.
Good luck! And please be mindful of safe sex practices no matter what type of sex you have.

If you don't have a fever or any abdominal pain or tenderness, take a dose of Milk of Magnesia. That should get things moving and it is not a harsh laxative. Still stay close to a bathroom and drink lots of water.
FYI: Anal sex should not be the cause of your problem, but it can cause hemorrhoids, rectal bleeding, and possibly STDs of the rectum such as warts.
