What kind of present can't be mailed?

My grandparents have a present for me but the only clue they gave is it can't be mailed. I need your help for ideas on what it could be. Thanks

    a car?

    something large or alive, or fireworks/explosives. But I bet they aren't sending anything like that (fireworks) so it could be a puppy, a pony, or a bicycle, or piano.
