Sleeping Problem- Sleep During The Day, Up During The Nights?
Yesterday I woke up at 10PM and so I was the whole night up watching movies. Now its 8AM and I'm not tired. I was thinking of sleeping today around 9PM to settle my problem.
What do you guys think? please suggest something fast, I start college in 2 days!!

You must force yourself to stay up all day. Don't be tempted to have a nap, no matter how tired you are. Make sure you do some exercise, preferably in the morning, and don't have any caffeine after 2pm. Have a glass of warm milk and start to wind down after 9pm by having a warm, not hot bath and not watching tv, maybe read a book. Go to bed after 10pm and you should be so tired you will sleep right through. Try to follow the same wind-down routine every night so your body gets used to it. Good luck.

That's exactly what I did before school started... pulled an all-nighter and went to bed the following day. It's a good way to get yourself on track, just make sure you don't mess it up by having caffeine, like, 8 hours before bedtime.
If you do happen to mess up, though, and can't sleep... go get some Melatonin supplements from a local health food store. It's all natural and makes you tired.
If you can't find melatonin... bite the bullet and have a swig of Benadryl.
It's just... so important to get yourself on track before school starts... :P
Having one hard day is worth it to make the rest easy.
I highly suggest the sleep deprivation.
Good luck. :D

Your mind is probably on school to much, it's over reacting. Try and relax your mind and take each day as a new adventure, be active during the day, don't eat anything for at least an hour before you go to bed, play some nice soft music just before bed time.
Good luck.

it depends,is this a regular thing or was it just this once? my bodys always had a tendency to be nocternal too actualy,iv tryed to fix it a hundred times but it always comes back. the only thing that ever works is forcing yourself into a schedual (it sux,i know) you say its 8am? well, dont go to sleep, take a 4 hour nap at some point today but set your alarm so you dont sleep any longer then that. then by tonight you'll be ready for bed. basicly force yourself, its not easy but its gotta be done, and it gets alot easier when you start school, trust me. if the courses you take are challenging you'll soooo be exausted by nighttime! worked for me with web design ^-^

When i get messed up sleep patterns through insomnia I go 24-60 hours without sleeping then go to bed at the right time and set my alarm for when i want to wake up. Then I can usually keep to the going to bed on time since i am just tired.

Just force yourself to stay up during the day. Then you should be able to sleep at night and get back on a normal schedule.

I work nights so I know all about this.
When Im on vacation and want to do a complete flip in sleeping...
I stay up til about 4am and sleep til noon on the transition day
Then the next day about midnight to 7am.
Its hard to do. You need to force yourself to sleep at first
Take some sleep meds.
