Is Millery a name? Or not. I cannot figure it out.?

I looked it up on Babynames.com which told me that it is not a name. Mallory and Milary are names but not Millery. Unless its from a different country. Like I know a Greek girl with the name Koukla. Its a name there but its never been heard here.
