  • What game is this?

I'm trying to remember a game my brothers played in the late 90s. It was 2D, and the main character looked like a minotaur. The levels were set up similarly to one in the picture, but the color scheme was mostly gray, with some green for vines and moss. Hope this is enough to go on, I don't really remember anything else. Thanks!~Brown Eyes

  • Anybody know if this scene in The Princess Bride was improvised at all?

Last week I watched The Princess Bride for probably the first time in 10 years. I was pretty happy to find there's a reason I loved it so much when I was a kid. Can't say that about Batman & Robin.

Anyway, I was just wondering if in the wedding scene whether the priest pronouncing L's and R's as W's was scripted, or if it was improvised by Peter Cook.

    Anybody know?

What kind of puppy is he and how old?

Hello! So, this is Bandit/Flynn/Panda, and I found him trying to run across traffic last week. Anyone got a guess as to what breed he might be? He looks like he might be some sort of sheepdog. I was thinking he might be somewhere between 5 to 8 weeks old, though I'd be surprised if he was more than 6 weeks. He's tried nursing from my dog, Cotton, who's behind him, a couple times. He seems to be doing pretty good, otherwise, aside from some loose stool, but that might stress/diet change related.

  • Problems with Samsung Galaxy Centura. Should I just send it back?

I recently (within this month) got a samsung galaxy centura in anticipation of having to switch phone services if I continue having problems with my current phone service that I never had before. When I first got it, I noticed a couple glitches. The clock gets wonky and will say 5pm when it's 10pm. I looked it up and someone said it's a "bug" where it "forgets" what time zone it's in. And then it started freezing a couple times. Now all it does is freeze. I can't even factory reset it before it freezes. It's really getting on my nerves >:( Especially since I bought a pack of screen protectors for it and a case. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything that can be done to remedy it, or should I just send it back?

What kind of snake is this?

My dog was barking at it in the yard a little bit ago. I wouldn't let her get any closer. But I'm just wondering kind of snake it is. Last time there was a snake in the yard, we figured it might've been a copperhead and my dog tried to become playmates with it. I know that usually slender headed snakes aren't dangerous, but still. It was a brownish red color, with black spots and it looks like a yellow belly.

  • What movie was this?

When I was little, my brothers were watching a horror movie on tv one night. I saw a tiny bit of it, and a large creature was stalking people in a cave, attacking, and killing them. I think a lot of the people in the cave were part of search and rescue team, and I could swear I remember Kate Mulgrew, or someone that looked like her, was one of the people in the cave. The creature had large, slender, interlocking teeth, and was probably the size of a liger. I remember one scene in particular where the creature snuck up on Kate Mulgrew and an associate and attacked them. It pushed them off screen and looked back into the camera with its mouth drenched in blood. I remember because I went to brush my teeth after that, and when I turned the water on, the faucet handles shot off the sink, and there was a huge geyser or water. It scared the crap out of me, and sent me running, and screaming because I was sure the creature was in the basement....you had to go through the bathroom to get to the basement, so, I was outta there.

  • Are bark collars effective in training a dog not to bark unnecessarily?

My puppy has a very loud and shrill bark, it would be ok if she knew when to stop barking. Like when we tell her to....I think she's part Jack Russell, so, she can be hyper as it is, but she's 10 months old and still is quite thick skulled about being quite when told. I went to drsfostersmith.com to look up bark collars and found one that emits an ultrasonic tone, and another that sprays citranella. Have you or anyone you know had sucess with these types of collars?

    Thanks.

WDYT of her name and what would you have named her?

Last weekend I found a kitten. She's a little sweetie, and my mom managed to find her home before she had to go to a shelter. She should be going home over the weekend and we're taking care of her till then. She's mostly gray, with a little white and some tan, and green eyes. Since she's gray, my dad came up with Ms. Gray to call her. For some reason I had Sadie in my head, so we're calling her Ms. Sadie Gray.

What do you think of her name?

What would you have named her?

  • Anna/ana pronounciation, which do you prefer?

I'm just curious what pronounciation you prefer for names ending with anna/ana, like Julianna, Audriana, Adriana, etc.

Do you prefer it to be pronounced awn-uh, or an-ah, or do you prefer one prounciation for one name while you prefer the other pronounciation for another name?

What about for the name Anna?

I seem to lean largely towards awn-uh for names endinng with anna, and could go either way for the name.
