Anna/ana pronounciation, which do you prefer?
I'm just curious what pronounciation you prefer for names ending with anna/ana, like Julianna, Audriana, Adriana, etc.
Do you prefer it to be pronounced awn-uh, or an-ah, or do you prefer one prounciation for one name while you prefer the other pronounciation for another name?
What about for the name Anna?
I seem to lean largely towards awn-uh for names endinng with anna, and could go either way for the name.

I pronounce the name Anna as an-ah, but for names like the ones you listed I always go with awn-uh. Those names sound so white-washed when people pronounce them with an-ah, since I think they're intended to be awn-uh based on their countries/regions of origin

I'm different again from you.
Anna/Ana --> I like Ann-nah sound, but I also like Ahr-na sound. Awn-uh sound to me is horrible. For me it comes out as Or-na which I dislike.
I like both Ann-nah & Ahr-na sounding of this name. It's not a name that I personally like so I take the name as it comes on other people and how they wish their name to be said.
With names ending in anna/ana, it differs for me.
I like both Julie-ann-ah and Julie-ahr-na sounds. But with Audriana & Adriana I only like the ahr-na sound to these names. Then when you put Diana into it, I really dislike this anyway except Die-Ann-uh.
I don't have a set preference, but I don't like awn-uh sound or as I would say this or-nah.
