hello, all! random question...?
Soo, on September 14, i'm going to the art institute for a visit. and i thought after that i would catch a practice game for the pens training camp since the school is around the arena.
my question - I was wondering if anybody knew what players were in each of the 3 groups. I couldn't find it anywhere, but i didn't do extreme research, either. not that it matters who is in each group - i'm just curious as to who i would catch practicing when i'd go.
Also, i'm going to the Pens VS. Blue Jackets game on 15th :) first game i had to pay for the tickets myself, and then i found out my dads friend would have given me 2 tickets he had for free... oh well! haha
BQ: have you ever bought tickets to a hockey game and then realized you could have bummed free tickets off of a friend who wasn't going to the game?
Erin - We're SOO CLOSE! haha I'm in E18! I thought you were going to the game, i was gonna ask you where you were sitting but you beat me to it lol
haha if you see two girls, one blonde with a talbot shirt on and one brunette (probably with an armstrong on) that'll be me and my friend! hahh =P

Sorry not sure about the practice thing
I have bought tickets to games only then be asked by friends if I wanted their tickets. Has happened several times.

I just wanted to answer your question to tell you that I'll be at the Pens vs. Blue Jackets game on the 15th too! :) Do you know what section you'll be in? My best friend and I got seats in E20. We're almost right up next to the balcony.
BQ: No, but my best friend's dad once got free playoff tickets through his work. She texted me, asking me if I wanted to go, but I was taking a nap and didn't get her text until the next day! Her little brother and dad ended up going. I'm actually glad that we didn't go to that game because the Penguins lost REALLY badly that night.
EDIT: That's awesome! Yeah, we're in Row E I think, which is pretty freaking close to the ledge! If you see two brunettes right up near the edge making complete fools of themselves, you'll know that that's me and my best friend! Be sure to say hi! :)

a lot of the practices are at Southpointe so make sure that you double check to make sure they are practicing at the mellon and not Southpointe.
