Over the counter alternative to Adderall?
I was on Adderall XR for a little under a year and ended up switching doctors. I haven't been able to get an appointment (until next month) to get a new prescription. My grades are falling desperately and I have absolutely zero focus and energy. Is there ANYTHING that will work similarly until I can get my prescription? I have two major tests next week and cannot focus to study for them... Thanks in advance!

Don't buy pills from classmates... that's illegal and could get both of you suspended or worse (the police take drug-dealing like that seriously).
There have actually been a lot of studies that have shown that Fish Oil can help with ADD/ADHD. It seems too simple, and that may be one reason it wasn't really looked at closely for this, but I wasn't surprised it would help when I thought about it. The EPA and DHA in Fish Oil help with all sorts of things including heart health, skin health, and brain health.
Give it a try... it's economical, safe, and easy. Just make sure that the company you get it from uses Molecular Distillation because that's currently the only safe way to remove any trace contaminants of any heavy metals. Of course, if you aren't sure about the dosage or the benefits, you may want to consult with a holistic doctor, as they may have other additional options available to them.

When did you decide to be like this? This question may sound harsh at first, but it's not intended to be. If you sit quietly for a while and ask yourself a few questions, you will be on your way to feeling better from the answers you will get from your own intuition. You need to think back to when the problem started... what happened around that time? Are you having a problem with communication or running out of time or escaping from something? Something would have triggered your symptoms so if you can treat the cause, not the symptoms, you can fix the problem for good without taking medication. If you need help, go and see someone who practices NLP (neuro linguistic programming) and you'll be fixed in no time! Good luck

just buy a few pills off of your classmates that have ADD. probably the fastest route. Ask around, i promise you somebody will have some that they are willing to sell.
