If you are looking to create a web site via Yahoo!, there is no longer a free option as again Yahoo! 360 (http://360.yahoo.com/ ) has closed and Yahoo! Geocities (http://geocities.yahoo.com/ ) will be closing in October. You can set up a web site by paying a monthly fee for Yahoo! Web Hosting. Otherwise, you can set up the upgraded Yahoo! Profile (http://profiles.yahoo.com/ ) for free. While it has "social-networking" features similar to Yahoo! 360, it's not a direct replacement for Y!360. It has different customization options than Yahoo! 360, but it is a profile that is automatically associated with your main Yahoo! account.
