If motherboard has one missing ground screw, is it okay?

I have a Thermaltake V9 and ASRock N7AD-SLI and followed the screw in holes okay except one doesn't have a ground to screw in. Would the board fry with one ground screw not in?

Probably OK, if I understand you. Many boards I have seen use plastic "feet" in place of some of the "grounding" screws.
