Peel them while they are still warm, that is when it is easiest to remove the egg shell.

First, and foremost, buy eggs that are near the end of their shelf life. An older egg will peel more easily than a fresher egg will.
Second, do put your eggs in the coldest water possible IMMEDIATELY after boiling. In fact, if you can get them into ice water, that would be good. Plunging the eggs into ice water will keep the albumen from sticking to the shell.
Finally, when you peel your egg, hit the ends on the counter to break the shell and then roll the egg under your hand until the shell cracks completely. If you do the first two things, the shell will slip off very easily.

Here's how I do it, and it works for me.
Put the eggs in a pan of cold water. Bring the water to a boil. When the water boils, take the pan off of the heat and cover. Time 12 minutes.
Put the eggs in cold water for five minutes. They should peel easily. If you put down a clean dishtowel and roll the eggs on it, applying light pressure, the shells will crack uniformly.
Give it a try and good luck.

Right after you boil the eggs, put them in cold water immediately. Wait for a while. About 3-4 minutes. Then you can peel them. :) Enjoy!

Boil in salt water , cool down quickly , when cold pill them . Remember fresh eggs are hard es to pill , older eggs don't have this problem .

here's the key...as soon as you finish boiling them...pour off the hot water and run cold water over the eggs briefly just long enough to cool down so you can handle them....then i pour off cold water....then take your warm boiled egg and take the sharpest point of the egg and give it a firm gentle whack right on that point on a hard surface such as a countertop....start peeling them on that point and it will just slide right off with ease....as i peel i rinse them very lightly incase there may be a bit of tiny shell...i then place on paper towels just long enough to absorb excess water...perfect for deviled eggs everytime....they look beautiful! enjoy! :)

Well what i do is put a good bit of salt to when they get to boiling and that makes the shells practically fall off.
