Avoid red meat. Actually, really cut down on all meat. When the food chart says 3 servings a day-it means 1 oz is a serving. There are many ways to get protein besides meat. Dry beans (canned okay), fish, eggs (which are 1.5 servings each) dark green leafy veggies. Watch out for other fattie foods. Avoid them. Veggies for breakfast are great! Stick to whole grains cereals and breads. Avoid biscuits, muffins, and croissants. Water and fruit juice w/ fiber.

Excercise-walk/run 2 miles twice a day. Stretch out to tone your muscles. Use 2-3 pound weights as you stretch. Sit ups, leg ups, bicycle w/ legs, squats, etc. Do something. Don't exercise a lot before bed. Stretching would be better. Easier to sleep.

If you avoid red meats and substitute beans, etc- you will loose 10-12 pounds in two weeks and 1-2 pounds every week after. Please include fat free dairy 3xs a day.

While there are many things you can do to shed pounds, losing weight too quickly, like any sudden change to your body, can be dangerous. While fad diets, diet pills, and fasting may indeed induce rapid weight loss, these methods can cause you to lose muscle and may also injure your heart and other organs fairly quickly. The best solution? Don't go for an overnight miracle. Instead, follow these steps to lose fat rapidly, healthily, and sustainably.

If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of these that contain artificial flavors and colors. Or even better, try making your own fruit juice taking care not to sweeten it with too many calories.

Excercise, go for long walks, staying active. =]

No = Fried foods, junk food, soda / diet soda, deserts, white bread/ flour.

Eat lots of veggies & fruit, fat free yogurt, healthy things for your body. Avoid snacking also.
