¿Porque me tira error el Win Movie maker?

Se mecierra al instante y ni me deja usarlo. Aparte me dice "FALTAN LOS ARCHIVOS DE EFECTOS..." Hay alguna manera d volver a instalarlos?

    Me parece que tienes un virus en tu pc y es por eso que te tira error y ni siquiera te deja usarlo. Te recomiendo habas ver tu pc.
