Should Kanye West have to apologize from the floor of Congress?

Or is that only for white people who interupt black people?

    No, kanye west is not a member of congress.

    He has apologized over three times. I still think he is a jerk.

    The congressman reluctantly apologized on the phone to someone besides Obama and refuses to say it again.

    He was mad he said what he was thinking...I'm over it...it actually never bothered me.
