Affair, separation, legal statement from Mistress?
I caught my husband with his Mistress... Because of this, I went through our phone record. I found a second Mistress. I befriended this one, behind my husband back. I got her to write a legal statement about their conversations, dates of being together and their sexual experiences.
We have a 7month old daughter and I want full custody. Would this legal statement help me to get full custody? Or does that have nothing to do with it...?

I doubt it..... but it will show that he... CHEATED on you.
full custody.... depends on whether or not the other is unfit... or a threat to the child..... CHEATING SCUM.... can still be a good father

ok, wait the guy (need answers)..whatever says something about you don't want your kid with someone like him. Ok just because your husband cheated does not mean he is a bad person he just made a bad chose. obviously your husband was not happy in the marriage so he lashed out. Most times the mother in most cases gets full custody of the child with visitations from the other parent. I would make the right decision and not let your emotions run you over into doing something you wish you wouldn't have. good luck

let your anger subside before you make a decision. right now you want to take action that is emotionally driven. make the right decision for the sake of your daughter. you will need some form of support from him. i am a parent as well and fully understand you don't want your child around someone like that, but how someone is in a relationship is not necessarily a reflection of them as a parent. ask yourself if he is at least a good father? be the better person and based on your profile pic, I can see you will have no trouble finding someone better.

Don't listen to Latin, this was a beautiful thing to do. You are also blaming your husband for the affair, not the mistress as so many people do. I think this can't hurt your chances of getting custody, but of course there will be other things, like if you can provide adequately for your child. Good luck. Also, even though I can understand spite, try and give your husband the opportunity to spend time with his child, just because he is a crappy husband doesn't mean he is a bad father.

You would need alot worse then simple adultry to impunge his character enough for you to be granted full custody.

probably not...
for adultery she would have to take the stand about the affair and testify in court. you would also need 2 witnesses who caught them in the act.
the procedure is costly and not worth it.
Pick easier grounds.
