Zig zag green veins near the surface of the skin?

I noticed this morning when I got out of the shower that along my arms from just above my elbow and down my forearm I have zig zag looking green veins near the surface of the skin. It looks almost like someone took a marker and drew it on my skin. It's not from anything external, like clothes, because when I rub it it does not go away. It is on both arms but more pronounced on my right arm. I'm a 28yF in relatively good health.

Update:

I am asking people on Yahoo because at the moment I am unable to see a doctor.

First of all, they aren't green, they are blue. The color can look off due to the lighting. And they are closer to the surface from the heat of the shower. And the pattern of every person's veins is different. You may have a touch of high blood pressure to make them more prominent, also.

I am a phlebotomist, so I know about veins!

You might wanna be going to a doctor for this...instead of asking people on yahoo whom arent doctors.
