Who's healthier the person that gets sleep or the person that does not?

Is it not true that the people that deal with less stress are healthier, and people that work to become successful get less sleep so aren't they healthier?

    It's a fact that you need about 8 hours of sleep each night. Too little is bad for you, and too much is bad for you. Studies show that people who get enough sleep than those who don't, also keeping to a regular sleep schedule even on weekends is healthiest. And those who deal with stress better live longer too

    Not necessarily because getting the right amount of sleep each night is what also causes one to be healthier.
