Stretch marks problem!!?
im not fat but i still hav a few stretch marks on my chest n shoulder..i wana join a gym..will my stretch marks increase if i work out??

i have tried but once you get stretch marks they are very difficult to get rid of i have had 2 children and baby 3 due in feb you can not avoid them i put on the creams on that claimed you would not get them if you used them but to no avail you don't say if you have had any children

If you are going to bulk up then yes expect stretch marks especially if you use protein shakes, as this builds you up faster then the skin can stretch. If you are going to the gym to loose weight not so much no, stretch marks occur by the skin needing to stretch, if you loose weight and get smaller no stretch marks but if you loose a significant amount of weight you will be left with "lose skin".

Try Vitamin E oil....it works well on stretch marks...n your skin will become smooth and supple...massage that oil properly where ever u need and leave for about 45 mins like that.... n u'll find the result...but for stretch marks u need wait as it will take lil time...but its a permanent result with no side effects.....or try this cream called MADERMA...

Constant up down in your body weight can lead to strech marks. Strech marks do not increase with excercise or work out. Happy gymming!

No, only if you bulk up DRAMATICALLY and QUICKLY... stretch marks are due from a rapid weight gain....such as adolescence or a pregnancy. There is VERY little you can do to make them go away unless you pay for HIGHLY expensive laser surgery.

stretchmarks r caused due 2 rapid wt gain.....due 2 breakage of collagen fibres n they cant be corrected or cured
all sort of crems tht claim 2 cure r usually lying
gymming or workin out wont increase thm till u gain wt. rapidly.
