What other concessions will Obama make for the Russians?............................?
Breaking news: Robert Gibbs, Obama's Press Secretary is preparing to announce today that Obama is "Pulling the plug on the Eastern European Missile Defense system". A HUGE VICTORY for Communist Russia's Vladamir Puten and one that leaves our European Allies worried and scratching their heads in confusion!
Is this PRO-Russian action by Obama meant to be a slap in the face to George Bush (His Administration made the agreement with Poland and other European Allies for their, and our, defense against an ever increasingly hostile Russia) OR was is a slap in the face to our Eastern European Allies.

Well, considering the people of Poland and The Czech Republic never wanted them to begin with, I have a hard time justifying it myself.
Their political leaders wanted it to create jobs, US funding, etc. The citizens wanted nothing to do with it.
Not to mention, its a failed system largely. In extremely controlled tests its a 50/50 shot at best.

These questions are so idiotic. The US originally planned to put it in Canada but Canada refused. Then the US offered Poland a crap load of money to accept as no one wants it in their country including most Polish citizens that protested it.
The Europeans are not worried. Relieved maybe. Europeans neither need nor want US "protection".

Yeah....pulling a missle system that doesn't work, and doesn't protect anyone from missles...and only encourages our enemies to develop missles......is terrible.
