Every guy is different. Some will try hard to get and some will make it really obvious that they are in to you. You need to provide more information on this person's actions.

Its pretty hard to say since boys have so many different ways individually which they shoe there interested but you kinda just know or have that feeling and when your near then & talk to them it becomes a little obvious but just because a guys nice remember could be just because hes nice but there are like the few obvious signs like glances touching being around alot those kinda things goodluck:-)

Flirtatious Behavior, Talking to you often, Sometimes they might get physical with you(such as give you a hug or something) That sort of thing. I naturally know when a guy likes me :) It Just Be Instincts!!!!!!!

He says hi to u, and is nice,always looks at you, try to make you laugh.That's whats going on b/t me and this guy but i dont like him and he's giving me all the signals ._. ughhh i only stare at him b/c of his huge head xD lmao but i love him as a friend :P

Mostly if he talks to you alot & if you catch him staring at you.

there's no way to know forsure b/c they are soo confusing. But if a guy liked you he would talk to you a lot and flirt like crazy and can't stand to be away from you.
