Right now I would say No to your question. Even though VT beat Nebraska today. But I do think the ACC is the most underrated conference of the Big 6 conferences. Last season everyone knocked the ACC teams, but the ACC Conference had winning records against the Big East, Big 10, and PAC 10 conferences. With Texas ranked #2 in the nation I would put the Big 12 over the ACC. But if Miami can beat Oklahoma in 2 weeks that would go along way towards the ACC being considered as good as the Big 12.

none of these "theories" are real.
every game and every matchup is different because if that were the case appalachian state was better than florida 2 years ago.

Not even close. The big 12 is much better in football than the ACC.
The big 12 plain and simple has better athletes

No. Big 12 is the second best conference right now. They actually have defense this year.
