    This a normal thing for women and if you posted this in WOMEN's Health I'm sure they can tell u what to do better than us men.

    you poor thing its just a period it is a normal thing called menstration and only wemon go through this. you are probably between the ages of 10 and 13 thats when most women start this and it happens monthly. also tell a trusted female adult.
