my neighbor has two red colored hand prints on her windows. What do they represent?

A red hand print is the symbol of a movement protesting the use of children as soldiers around the world. I don't know about two hand prints. Maybe they are protesting twice? I would ask her. Most people who put up symbols welcome questions about their meaning, it gives them a chance to speak about something that matters to them.

She has probably signed up to be a parent who will assist a child if they are walking home from school & need help...I had that years ago & it meant that a child could come to me if they had fallen or needed emergency help for example.
