Fantasy Football: Mark Sanchez or Kerry Collins.. who would you pick?

this one is a you pick em really sanchez is a rook and collins is a game management qb neither will throw for 4000 yrds this year but i would go ahead and take sanchez because he might have a 300yrd game or 2 where collins probably wont

Sanchez isn't much of a fantasy factor at this point in his career. He is part of a very safe offense that doesn't throw more than they absolutely have to. Collins isn't much of a fantasy threat either, but a little better than Sanchez...isn't there anybody better you can pick up? Try to get Kolb vs. the Chiefs this week...he's not the best QB and will throw some picks, but he threw for almost 400 yards on the Saints and should do pretty well after another week of practice when he faces KC this week.

It's funny...because Sanchez would be my hands down pick if you were asking me who I would want to build a new team around in a real life scenario...but fantasy is it's own animal.

Romo. Collins hasn't been playing well. As for Sanchez, there's a difference between playing well as a rookie NFL QB and being a good fantasy starter. If your choice were Romo or Campbell would you be asking the question? Campbell has outscored Sanchez with respect to fantasy points so far.

Because Collins has such a run heavy offense I have to lean towards Sanchez on this one. Good Luck!
