Yahoo! Account problem?

Is anybody getting emails from Yahoo! that have a subject heading:

Re: Y! & YAHOO ACCOUNT USER, WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ACCOUNT

I have received 2 of them and I don't have a problem with my access to Yahoo! But this email insists that I give my account information and the email always has pop ups when I open it.

Is this a dirty SPAM trick by someone or is Yahoo! really trying to tell me something but is too stupid to know that my account works just fine?

If someone works for Yahoo! and reads this I would appreciate it if you would investigate this because if I reply to the email it has a persons email address rather than Yahoo! customer service.

Thanks for any help. I hate SPAM.

    Easiest way to tell, is to look where the email came from. If it did not come from @yahoo-inc.com or the like, it is spam, and Yahoo! will NEVER ask for your log in details unsolicited. EVER.
