What bread would you serve with Chicken Gumbo?

some effective warm Corn Bread or Hush doggy's could be reliable, or Garlic Bread with Cheese (perhaps a surprisingly spiced cheese like Pepper Jack) additionally some uncooked greens and dip for some crunch perhaps ? Deep fried breaded greens would additionally flow nicely.(onion rings, jalapeno peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

How about a good crusty bread like french hard rolls.

Garlic fritters. Cornmeal and garlic powder with one egg and add a drizzlle of water till you get a pancake batter consistancy or even thicker and pour into skillet and brown each side like a pancake. Add butter when done. I add crystals hot sauce on mine.
