Adderall effect on muscle mass and body fat?

I was on Adderall for a short period of time early this spring. While on Adderall, I would basically have no appetite and would sometimes go a couple days at a time without eating, or eating very little.

During my research I have found that Adderall does decrease the appetite and increase metabolism. Meaning I was eating less, and burning off more calories.

Before starting it, I wasn't fat, but had a little extra body fat. Friends and family were noticing that I had lost weight. Soon after I stopped taking it, I noticed that it seems like I have actually lost muscle mass, and gained a little more fat throughout my entire body, uncluding my face. It has been several months since I quit taking adderall, but I still appear the same physically. I became worried when I read on a couple of forums of people mentioning that Adderall could screw up / damage the metabolism (whatever that means).

Is my physical condition something that can easily be restored by implementing a good diet/nutrition and exercise plan?

I would really like to hear from someone who has knowledge or experience on this particular subject. Thanks.

Update:

It also appears as a little bit of facial muscle was lost also, as it appears thinner, but there are somewhat larger fat pouches from below my cheeks to my mouth.
