How much gas should I keep in a parked car?
I have a second car which is only occassionally driven. I'm concerned about filling it up because of evaporation in the tank and don't want my hard earned money going up into the air....

All modern Fuel injected cars have a sealed fuel system, you don't need to worry about condensation or evaporation like you used to about 20 years ago, when gas tanks were vented to the atmosphere.

just keep a few gallons in it. If you're really worried about gas evaporating. Then you should keep a gas can in your other car. That way you can fill it up, take it to your other car. And then drive your 2nd car to the gas station to fill up however gallons of gas you're going to need.
