Why don't we get to read the "health care" bill and know what it costs?

Question

The Democrats have killed an amendment that would require a full disclosure of the costs of the bill by the CBO and a three day waiting period so we can read the bill once it's completed.  Where is the transparency we were promised?  What is the big secret?  Is it the 560 pork laden amendments the Democrats are hiding?

It could have something to do with what happened with the last proposed bill they let get out.  Private citizens were the only ones reading it -- did you notice at the town hall meetings how many Congressmen/women had NOT read HR3200?

Yet they tried to lie about what was in it, and force it down our throats anyway.
