Weight loss? Fat burning?

I have a couple of questions..

I have been trying to lose some weight and I was wondering what the best way to get rid of belly fat is. I dont want to do sit ups yet bcus I dont want to get muscle over my fat. Is cardio the way to do it? I am against diet pills. I just want to lose the weight and be able to keep it off, not have to rely on something else forever. And how to tone my arms? When I lose the fat in my arms how can I not get "bye-bye" arms?

    You have it all wrong. First of all sit ups will not put muscle over your fat. The fat sits over the muscle, once you lose the fat the muscle will be there. Second, you can spot reduce, you lose weight directly in the opposite way you put it on. So if you put it on in your stomach first, then your arms then your legs and finally your face, your face will be the first place you lose it, your stomach would be the last place.

    You need a complete Fitness Program, Cardio, Weight Training and Nutrition. If you do it right the first time it will be easier to maintain.

    I am happy you are against diet pills. Regular diet plans and regular physical work outs really works well for you.

    Drink lot more water.

    Drink Green tea at least once in a day.

    Try to include fresh foods and vegetables in your food system.

    eat portion size meals and drink TONS of water NOTHING but water if ur pee even has a tint of yellow then ur not drinking enough water and also speed walking for about an hour a day. hope this helps

    turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap add a little dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor
