    COKE ROAST

4 lb. roast or chuck, round, sirloin tip

    Salt and pepper

    Garlic salt

    3 tbsp. oil

    Small bottle Coca-Cola

    14 oz. bottle chili sauce

    Worcestershire sauce

Score roast in several place, filling each slit with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Sear roast on all sides in oil. Remove, drain or blot fat from roast. Place roast in foil lined pan. Pour coke and chili sauce over roast. Shake sauces over roast and cover loosely with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Will have a barbecue flavor and taste good next day or so.
